Terms & Conditions

• All damages to vehicle for your account
  
• Any additional costs that may arise will be invoiced separately
  
• All vehicles are subject to availability!
  
• Delivery within 15km of Cape Town CBD. If the location is further than a 15 km radius of Cape Town, petrol and/or transportation may be charged for.
  
• Usage of the vehicle(s) is limited strictly to those usages specified in your written/verbal proposal and all usage, equipment mounting, drivers and the like is subject to the approval of the Picturecars on set representative.
  
• Picturecars will not be held responsible for any consequential loss arising out of vehicle breakdown or accidental damage,our liability being limited to vehicle hiring fees as specified.
  
• Payment will be on presentation of invoice.
  
• In the event of cancellation no charges will be levied provided more than 48 hours notice is given.
  
• Insurance liability to be covered by Production Company and petrol, Vehicle must be insured by the production company and confirmed before delivery.
  
• The vehicle(s) will be insured in full for all risks by the production company for the period of hire (from owners handover to return of said vehicle(s)to the owner and whilst on set) for the values stipulated on written quote. Any liability arising out of any contractual excess and/or failure to insure, or insurance default will be for the production companies account.
  
• Should overnight stay be required, accomodation & meals to be booked and paid for by yourselves. To be confirmed before delivery.

• When the above conditions have been complied with arrangements for delivery will be made.
